When I look back upon my journey of studies and creations, I find that my works are a fusion of eastern and western styles which came about quite naturally.

When I was creating the previous series of works, I experienced an insight which made me consciously search for the path weaving between east and west, the fine lines between traditional and contemporary. In this series, I found the byroads, the connecting links between the past and present.
